I know I post a lot of shit. However, this is not a knee jerk reaction. I'm very calm right now. We have bought very badly. We have the highest wage bill in world sport.

I wanted Mancini gone. However, it is now conclusive that Pellegrini is no tactician. All he does is play the same style of football every week. No plan B. No plan to stop the opposition. Just sheer arrogance that we can be mini-Barcelona, let me tell you we are a shell of Barcelona. Why? Because Iniesta and Xavi actually give a shit about their club. He stands there like a plank of wood regardless of the result. Never changes the formation, just the personnel.

We turn up week in week out like we are fucking drunk. Our players look shocked that a game of football is happening. No pressing. No aggression. No passion.

Hart is NO WHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS SOME THINK. I've never seen a keeper get beat at his near post so many times.

It's just funny. Seriously. Money can't buy passion because that is why teams like Wigan and Sunderland embarrass us time and time again. Because they want it more. After 4 years and 2 managers we still can't beat Sunderland and Stoke away. We seem to never learn our lesson.

I'm actually embarrassed to be a city fan tonight. The balance of the team is not right. We have way to many stars and not enough 'glue' players. Cahill, Terry, Azpic etc. Chelsea have a bedrock of solid performers. Aside from Fernandinho and Zaba all of our players have a howler in them. Even Liverpool have Henderson etc. Hard workers. We have a load of lazy fuckers robbing us blind.

Soriano promised that we would have a director of football approach and that the first team coach would be cycled every 2 seasons or so. Fuck managerial stability. This isn't 1980 any more. Sack him and hope Madrid sack Ancelotti at the end of the season.

You must post some fucking shit if you thought that was bad. That was like reading a post from some scouse hating OOT'er on redcafe.

P.S It's City not city

He writes what's bleedin' obvious.

It's a small number of bell-ends like you on this forum that can't see the wood from the trees.
Must admit Eagle your Mancini/Pelligrini posts must go into 100's,very strange

The warning signs were there as early as the 2nd game of the season. 2 defeats and a draw in the first 7 games only served to confirm this. We have pissed away a very winnable league, ditto the fa cup. He showed a faltering barca far too much respect in the champions league and almost blew the league cup as well. we are so easy to get at it's criminal yet he sets us up exactly the same every game. Realistically a quadruple was never on but the title was eminently winnable. Boy has he fucked that up. Personally I don't think he'll survive and in all honesty he can have fuck all complaints if he doesn't.

Ive said he wasnt good enough when we lost at Sunderland and have been proved right unfortunately.

As expected, knee jerk foamers by the bucketload.
Ya Ya injured, Silva injured, Navas injured, Aguero barely half fit, a struggle was inevitable before a ball had even been kicked tonight. But of course it's all Pellegrini's fault, cos he spent £100m on a miracle squad. So that's Negredo to replace Tevez, Jovetic, who's been injured all season, to replace Balotelli, and Ferna to replace Gaz Baz, which pretty much leaves Navas as the lone upgrade. Oh, and we've lost Kompany for 10 weeks, Jovetic for 20+ Weeks, Silva for 8 weeks, Aguero for 12 weeks, Nastasic for 16 weeks+, and Nasri for 6 weeks, and yet somehow this clueless clown has us on course to finish 3 or 4 points better off than we did last year in a far more competitive league. Bring back Bobby from Real Madrid, quick......oh, wait, hang on a mo.....
I'm not gonna pretend a turd's a diamond, cos that was a truly minging performance tonight, the lack of pace and urgency that plagued us last season every bit as visible now as it was last season. However, it's interesting to note that those squealing loudest about the manager not having a clue, are the same ones who routinely barrack him for picking Navas over Milner (the latter was truly truly shit tonight), and who are only just waking up to the realisation that DiMichelis does indeed suit our high defensive line better than Lescott after all. Losing the league tonight in that gutless fashion was painful, but I for one will judge Pellegrini once he's got the players he wanted in January - a top centre half, and an athletic midfield powerhouse (to which I'd add a wide midfielder with the pace and power to get past the fullback - and not cross the ball gormlessly into the legs of a defender standing 3 feet away from him, or chip it hopelessly out of play, all night long). If he tanks once he's got a squad to suit his MO then fair do's, bin him off. Until then though, stop throwing your toys out of your prams, eh?

It's a good post fella, however MP has made some fundamental selection and tactical mistakes which weren't down to injuries or squad depth.

"I think that we had some low performances in February but we recovered. I think it’s normal for a team to have lesser performances at some points of the season."

The mans a clown.

In fairness although it's looking like it's going to be a disappointing end to the season I am personally glad that the team is a lot happier than it used to be. For me I am not after success I am after a holistic football club.

Mancini with his unprecedented success was a disgrace as he was not nice to the kitman. I don't want the manager of my club to be like that.

Pellegrini is a biggest passenger in the club. He's just here hoping to win an easy title to add to his ugly CV. But this is the premier league, you don't get the title served up on a plate. He made 5 fucking changes for this game ! fucking 5 changes! Do you have any idea how these changes disrupt the team !? Get him out !

3 of them were due to injury you lemonhead

gungho isn't a blue, spotted from when he first posted.
