Definitely better than MP.

Has managed the biggest of clubs and players and is incredibly respected throughout the game.

Knows how to win the CL and the owners clearly want that trophy.

I'd be very very surprised if we weren't sniffing around.

Depends if they've got a longer term target. Most likely pep.

If they get Ancelotti this summer then, next year Guardiola becomes available they'd look like idiots getting rid of Ancelotti for him.

Dangerous game waiting for a manager either he wants to come now or not if not move on

IMO they are both to old we need younger blood and sitting on our thumbs waiting for Pep is not the answer, we may already have the future within our ranks. But as with some of our academy players we may lose him

Would rather have klopp or de boer

Di Marzio is hands down the most reliable source on Twitter for transfers. There’s always scepticism when someone’s claims they’ve heard from sources, blab la bla, but when it’s Di Marzio, it’s mainly reliable.

'Most' reliable he may be but that doesn't mean he 'is' reliable - take this absolute gem from Di Marzio telling us that the Radamel Falcao transfer to MCFC was a 'done deal' http://www.travelerstoday.com/artic...-transfer-to-manchester-city-is-done-deal.htm

Or this one that the Rags were signing Strootman in Jan http://freshmanutd.com/reports-di-m...ed-will-make-january-bid-for-star-midfielder/ Guess what!? Didn't happen.

This is a semi respected journalist putting 2+2 and getting 5. Clearly a destabilising move at a critical time in our season tbh its disgusting that some blues, which you're not, are even discussing it.

When you remove the nonsense trophies that you only enter for winning other trophies, it's not a whole lot for a manager who's been at top teams for the past 15 years. His champions league record is the best around though, but other than that he has 3 league titles (including a cake walk with PSG) and 3 domestic cups in 15 years. Not a great return

I still think Falcao has it in his locker and I'd still sign him. The way the rags set up doesn't suit him imo he'd be good in our squad.

Should we be opting for Hughes again then?

Pearce is still free!
