When it's time for a change at RM they change no matter what, and at the moment their is a younger manager available.

Highly suspect and speculative with no quotes.
Even the German media are taking the POV they've no idea where he will go next but that if it isn't England he will take time out.
I find it heartening/clutching at straws that nobody has a scooby who's approached him and what his options are. Suggests toe either nobody has or he's already agreed to join someone and it's being hushed up.
There's absolutely no way in hell that we're not talking to Klopp. I imagine Arsenal and Liverpool are both talking to him and his agent aswell.
Whether we decide to go with him or he decides to go with us is up for debate, but City will speak to any and every top manager or player who comes on the market (or might be coming on the market) as a course of their regular business activities. They'll know what Guardiola's plans are in terms of his interest here, they'll know what Pellegrini's plans are, what contract Lionel Messi might be looking for, how good is the backup right back at Wolfsburg, etc.
We have whole departments and a million agents on hand to manage these things and this type of communication, and we'll probably know where everybody stands come the end of the season rather than before.
Whether we decide to go with him or he decides to go with us is up for debate, but City will speak to any and every top manager or player who comes on the market (or might be coming on the market) as a course of their regular business activities. Klopp would be my choice but not sure he'd go for a club that doesn't promote within and buys players all the time. If we don't get him I'd be okay with getting Rafa in. He's a good tactician and i think we'll benefit from his experience with Liverpool, Chelsea and Napoli.

I wouldn't say snubbed, but if PV wants a job in management and we are overlooking him (or the new manager doesn't want him on his team) then time to move on.
