Do you like / get on with the neighbours

My current neighbours are great. Nice, especially the ones to the right of me as I sit here. They replaced a truly obnoxious Rag cnut and his even more obnoxious Rag wife, so I suppose they had a boost from day 1.
 
Ours are OK. We are the second oldest FOCs on a new development in a new town ( for us) so apart from good morning pleasantries nothing in common. Suits us, we are detached anyway so perfect. Miss our neighbour from another new development in Old Town, but she left after we did, still in touch. Prior to that 30 years in same house, same neighbours still there, still in touch - we all got to be FOCs together on that estate!! Moved because I wanted a bigger kitchen, and I loathe cooking.... love our new house. Quiet development, perfect.
 
live next door to the Clampetts, rag family, utter twats, they're top of my list come the day
 
They are all spot on, so much so, we all have a pub session every month. No back biting or jealously as we all have good incomes so have similar standards of living albeit we have very different jobs and are from a variety of backgrounds.
