Do you like / get on with the neighbours

Next door on the left, very decent family, he's a roofer, own business and she works in a solicitors, 2 lads both liverpool fans, surprise surprise, get on great with them. Next...well it's been empty for 12 years and only yesterday a tractor and 4 skips turn up to empty it. Interesting wait to see who buys it. Elderley lady next door to that, very nice and pleasant. Only 4 houses on our road.

I get along with everybody even though I secretly think that some of them are cunts (Like the house full of young, single, jehovas witness incels that can't come to terms with bin day).
Today is bin day.
it's putting-out bin day here too.

a really pretty woman moved in last week across the road.
she introduced herself today (lucy) and asked which bin it was.
it is actually the blue bin, for paper.
i told her it is the green/general waste bin.
i'll say sorry tomorrow,
keeps the conversation going and all that.

my semi-detached neighbour, ken, has one of these as his 2nd car,
so, naturally, i'm always nice to him and in turn he takes me out over the moors for a spin

I have crap neighbours on either side. I generally keep myself to myself but will always says hello.

I used to have a elderly couple on one side but both died a in a short space of time. New neighbours are renting, the son (doesn't live there) is using their back garden to run his metalworks business. Hammering, drilling, grinding etc. Sime times on weekends and often till late. Spoke to them but without any success, considering reporting them to local council as nuisance neighbours.

On the other side of me, I have a sly, rat faced family. They park 3-4 cars on the road leaving little space for others. The old man is always bad-mouthing everybody, he's known for his meanness, spitefulness and always telling people he doesn't like their garden or paint colour or choice of car.

I'm in my late 70's now and don't really want the hassle of moving. I just keep looking for their names in the local paper's "Announcement Column".

I know the names of my immediate neighbours;

Firstly, next door we have the “cunts next door”
Then over the road we have the “nosy cunts over the road”
Finally next door to them we have the “cunts next door to the nosy cunts over the road”
;)
