where Mick Lynch bamboozles them is that he just tells it as it is. So when he accuses the Govt of intervening in negotiations ( which they continually deny ) is that he explains that when they make a proposal the employers have to leave the room and call the DfT who then call the Treasury and 45 mins later they come back with an answer that they couldn't give without DfT and Treasury approval.
