wrong thing to do TCIB is to remove there implied rights of access. the licence resistance forum stongly advises not to as it can trigger a search warrant, a simple do one via the letter box will do with no more comunication, the last one that came to my place was lucky enough to catch me in the garden i told him to jog on and he said they will be back so i said sit on the garden wall if you like, that was 3 years ago so i'm doing ok but there due to return around now
A very very rare event indeed Marco and that is if they can convince a magistrate to issue a search warrant without any evidence of wrongdoing.
Highly unlikely a magistrate would sign a warrant because you have removed someones implied right of access.A perfectly legal thing to do.
If the police were be called to assist because you refused entry they cannot assist the beeb and are only there to stop a breach of the peace.
It is beebs policy never to force entry which negates the whole purpose of the search warrant in the first place.
