Men against boys both on and off the pitch tonight. Sometimes you just have to respect the opposition and tonight was one of those nights.
This doesn't mean it would work if Reni and Mike Joyce joined the Blue Alliance and drummed a beat for 90 minutes. We would just look amaterish with songs that last 30 seconds. Well done to the BA though, trying as always with the flags etc. No chance outsinging the Borrusia fans tonight though.

You have to take your hat off to that level of constant noise. It must lift their players. Most people near me tonight I ha never seen before and one woman got told off for standing up whils we were attacking.

In Germany they have TERRACES. That's the difference between England and Germany. They can practice in getting such atmosphere while in England you always get told to sit down and shut up.

I agree mate, but having songs that last for 30 seconds against having 3,000 dancing, clapping, singing, drumming. Not really a contest is it.
Wish as you might that the whole ground would sing, it just isn't going to happen.
