I thought his two finishes were excellent. His control for the first was extremely lucky but he took it really well. Second was great and what I hope to see more of that. Great finishes with both feet is hugely encouraging.
I thought overall he had a very average game though. His close control and first touch was again quite some way off the pace and his passing at times was abysmal. It shows up in our side when you have the likes of Silva hitting near enough every pass crisp and to feet. He is getting there but its going to be a slow process not a rapid over night transformation.
Im giving an honest opinion of what I saw. Some people dont like honesty. For his finishing id give him an 8. He should of buried a hatrick tonight. Overall contribution was a 6 as his passing was either excellent or shit and his control was the same. No inbetween. So a solid 7 out of 10 and a gradual improvement in his overall game.

How do you think his adjustment is going from what you first saw from him to tonight? I think he has progressed immensley and i know more will come.

After calling you names and what not I agree with you...finishing was great and bit of good keeping and lack of concentration cost him a hat-trick...but other than that he looked slower, heavy, sluggish at times...but i can't see how other attacking players other than Silva were any better than him, Tevez did run a lot as always, passed to Dzeko for the second but wasn't much of a threat, Ballo also, hit the post but nothing more...
I think that it is a fair assessment, but it goes to show, you can have your off night, look sluggish, and heavy and what not and still win 3:0
