Dzeko, of course. He's a much better player than he is generally given credit for. Mario? Incredible talent, but he's a dabbler, as he works hard and performs well just often enough to maintain his place in the squad. If he's not going to settle down and apply himself, we should seek a buyer in the January window. Draft Guidetti into the squad and use the transfer fee for Mario to get a box-to-box mid and/or a central defender.

If Mario settled down and developed himself as a player, he could be a Ballon D'Or winner someday. However, I'd be shocked if any club really offered 40 million for him. Then again, it was written in the media, so it must be true, right?!
