Dzeko

Never happy some of you

The worst miss was Agueros.
And that was highlighted in the match day thread, just so happens Dzeko has his own thread.

I can still not discount dzeko leaving and rvp coming....This new system of 2 strikers at the front...how many goals would rvp score.....dear me...

But anyway getting back to edin,i doubt he has been injured at all and is waiting at the departure lounge, tickets and passport ready...

To use an Americanized term, Dzeko is 4th on the depth chart. Aguero, Tevez, and Mario are ahead. Mario will always be ahead of just about anyone as long as Mancini is at the club. Injury and suspension aside, all 3 will play over 30 matches. Better off having someone like RSC (!) and Guidetti as 4th strikers, it's impossible for someone of Dzeko's quality to be happy playing every 3 games or Carling Cup matches.

Someone on twitter said Dzeko and Kolo threw their medals in to the crowd...

WTF?

Never heard about think like this. Even if they are leaving...

Deffo agree with that comment about kolo, but as i say mancini did it on purpose to get agger in,no doubts for me.....politics for me....not on..kolo played really well pre season

Ashley Cole did the same and threw his medal to a City fan near the tunnel. Good luck to Edin if he is to be sold.

Said ages ago he looked gone in his recent askedin, today confirmed it for me.

Fucking shame.

Best wishes if that is the case :(

Kolo had to be dragged out by vinnie to celebrate :/

If Savic was picked ahead of me I wouldn't be too happy either.
Bingo. Kolo is so much better than Savic it's practically an open insult. Guessing Mancini wants Kolo out.

This. They are people and as much as we want them to be badge-kissing professionals at all times it is a bit unreasonable; we have all brooded at work over a lesser literal or perceived slight at one point or another. This was a big slight, frankly.

Mancini may be in the right, but it would not make me smile... And would we want him to be happy about being on the bench, anyway?

My only worry with Kolo is the affect it will have on Yaya. If we keep fucking Kolo off or try and get rid of him will Yaya get equally fucked off at the way we're treating his brother and want out. It's a delicate situation.

Think this picture says it all unfortunately =/

If he's that annoyed at being on the bench, he would have made sure to look at least a little interested when he came on and took the opportunity that came his way, so he can stake a claim for a place in the starting XI.

I like Edin, but he's been here what, 18 months.

Would have preferred to see him fight for a place in the squad than bitch when he slips down the order. Not the temperament of a top player if that's the case.

This was apparent when he lost confidence after being rested against Wigan so we could play him against Napoli. If he'd have carried on in the same vein he could have gone on to be a great for us but his head isn't right for a team where he isn't the main man.
