I've only ever seen him playing wide. How odd...Is he? I've only ever seen him playing centrally for Palace.

And Jack is the top of a special list.We only sign players who are nice human beings, there is not one player at city who I think is a horrible ****. Unlike most rag players.
Thanks for the advice. You are probably right in theory, but in practice, it just happened. It would be a good thread in the off-topic section. Something like, "Has your private life turned out the way you always thought it would." Why or why not, etc. I never thought I would "settle" young, but I can only say I met someone I consider my best friend, and I can't see a life without her. I don't know how else to explain it. I guess time will tell if I was right/wrong, but I welcome advice from (presumably) more experienced people in that department. Thanks :).30 is no time to be settled with one person

Agree. I think Kovacic is good enough to play next to Rodri but also drop deeper and cover him. Ricos development might also start pushing him into midfield. Eze would be a great signing.Think Id prefer Eze to Nunes....

I've never been impressed with Eze and certainly not for £70m. I would prefer Palmer who I think will be a great player. I don't get how Eze fits our style of play

How is he at receiving the ball in tight spaces? I've seen his bursting runs forward and his skill on the ball, but what's he like when it comes to keeping things ticking over, retaining possession, taking up good positions to receive the ball, etc?
I love him, would pay it in a heartbeat.
These are the signings we should be making. Him & Nunes are established quality players… The likes of Doku should go to the westhams of the world, and if they prove themselves we can buy them anytime. No wasting time introducing young players and teaching them the basics - we need immediate results every season.

Think we are looking for an attacking midfielder who can play central/wide if needed that has great ball retention and control.
