If a player like Hazard speaks out clearly about his future, I'm pretty confident a deal has been made. Otherwise he wouldn't indicate where he's going (it kills the buzz). If there's no deal, you let the hype do the trick, play out man U against city and the other rivals and get the price up a little more.

So I think there's a deal about the wages or at least something of an agreed window
