I got this info from a Emarati local I know who's related to Khaldoon.

Apparently, City have already placed a bid on Hazard and it's a final offer. The board will not offer more any more than what they asked for in the first place. He told me that negotiations took place with Eden's agent but it turned out that Eden's agent asked for a change in the valuation bid not for the player but for his own fees.

If it wasn't for that agent's decision we would've signed him.... in the end it's Eden's choice which club he wants to go to, but honestly I feel that its preferable if he joins City.

Nobody in the world knows where Hazard is going because the lad hasn't decided. He said this himself, on live TV, yesterday. If you have any more concrete information than that, then you are wrong.

I would be happy if we got him because he is a quality player, but the all this flapping is ridiculous.

He is not nor will he ever be anywhere close to level of Messi/Ronaldo, its like everyone has been brainwashed by the hype machine, he is a very good player and thats it, he is not the next Messi or the final piece of the CL winning jigsaw.

If we get him great, if not we go and get an alternative who is on the same level, Hazard is not a unique footballing snowflake, watch him play beyond youtube highlights and see for yourselves.

Also, Hazard's decision is NOT money based, there is an element of course but it isnt solely down to his pay packet. He's got another 15 years plus playing time at the top level
