As for Edin, another decent display with plenty of desire and movement. Deserved to get our 100th due to his performances of late. Good on the lad.

There are more posters that will slag Edin off for every mistake whilst not even acknowledging Negredos errors Toma.

Seems he just can't win some people over.

Glad to see him doing well, along with EVERY other City player.

Fans make opinions on players with regards to what they see on the pitch. Dzeko has been criticised because he has not always put in the effort which is the least a fan expects from a player.

The way he is playing he will soon change peoples opinion. Similar to the way fans have changed their view of Kolorov. Upto Dzeko to maintain it.

No it doesnt. Granted there are blues who are consistently negative about Dzeko and will slag him no matter what. But not one of them would be dismayed if he scored. Because City have scored.

There are some on here who would feel disappointed if City scored and it was deemed harmful to Dzekos chances of a start for the next game.

These posters are weirdo fuckwits who should be fucked off the forum IMO.

The comentator proved my point when he said that this is Dzeko's seventh match in a row from the start and first time since he came to ManCity.

Dzeko is at a top team and cannot expect to constantly start games in a row and only did so because we had two strikers injured. Outside of the absolutely top players who have an entire team built around them, nobody starts games like that and if he needs that to reproduce this type of form consistently then we have a real issue with him

Fair enough. But I was just talking about his consistency because some people used to call him "shit" and wouldnt be the logic if you bought him then give him at least 10 games in a run and then call him whatever u want. Look at Negredo he has been given a chance and he took it. The guy came to play in this club, has to prove himself in the first season and he wants to be a part of the team that wins. Now my point is that chance hasnt been given to Dzeko untill now and its sad that it is happening to him now after three years in the club.
