The guy needs confidence, and come the end of the Mancini era, he had none. We have seen what Dzeko can do and on his day he is an asset and can only help us. Consistency is an issue with him and hopefully if he gets a run in the team he can find some solid form and if we are introducing some width and some crosses into the team, he can get the amount of goals he is capable of. Good player, frustrating at times but I am glad he is staying cause he still has a lot to offer.
