If Edin's scoring record continues to be as it has been since he joined, then even with a year left on his contract, he'll be a 15/20 million pound player. Watching him play last night, I'm not so sure about him leaving anymore. I get the funny feeling come January he will be in talks to sign a new contract.
How did he play last night?
Did he look interested?
He played well and looked interested. Not going to say he lit the world on fire, but that isn't on him or any of our players. Wigan didn't put up the greatest fight in history is all. Again though, he played well and looked interested.
Thanks mate! I found that you are one of the rare people that says as it is, not biased for or against him.

Dzeko should go where he can play....

Can you just fuck off and stop repeating yourself ffs. Everybody on here knows what Dzeko has accomplished. Dzeko has played most of the matches and comparing him to last year is much better overall player. Scored 3 goals this season so i really don't know what the fuck your problem is.

Lewandowski shall sign for Bayern in January. It is almost 100% confirmed per article I just read.

I hope Edin will be one of the options for Borrussia and that he will accept possible pay cut. City should put reasonable price tag in a case of possible transffer, Edin deserve that.
No Manchester City deserve most of the £27 million they forked out for him back. I appreciate you would cream yourself if you ever met him but business is business
Also there is no chance we will let another forward leave in January after what happened last season

Edit: Just noticed its sign not join

From a Business perspective, should the club and Dzeko not agree on a new contract then we would probably have to sell him in January in order to recoup most of the £27 million.

You're preaching to the wrong people. This is a City forum, and we care about City. We want whats best for City. I like Dzeko but I love City, and if getting the best for City means not doing what's best for Dzeko, then I'll take what's best for City everytime. We owe him nothing. We paid a lot of money for him and pay him a lot in wages. If we decide to sell, then we are entitled to get the best possible price for him. Couldn't give a shit what his fan boys think. Club first every time.

I don't understand this new phenomenon of supporting a player instead of a club, it's alien to me, and I suspect to most real football fans too.

Knock it off mate. It's enough...
Like other poster said, we all know his accomplishments...
Even some of us Bosnians are sick of hearing it all the time.

I'm City supporter but in same time Bosnian. Dzeko is too important for us, small country. It seems that City does not really need him and don't use him up to his reputation and skill. He could achive lot more of above mentioned things, things he will be remembered for. Hope he will not waste last 3-4 years of his carrier since he has more to offer to football world.

Sorry dude, didn't mean to ofend anyone. I just want Dzeko to leave for his own good. That is general sports media opinion in Bosnia. I understand you don't care about Dzeko and do care about City only. When you take in cosideration Dzeko's place in team in last years than his departure will not have negative effects on City.
