Disappointing today, after looking like a new player v Newcastle.

Not that he got much help from midfield mind.

How can a player look so hungry one week but so disinterested the next?

jovetic is now 3rd choice in my opinion... cant wait to see negredo batter uniteds defence about and then watch aguero hit top form and finish them off
 
One fucking week ago he scored. Two fucking weeks ago he was MOTM. Today he didn't do well, had no service to be honest. And already there are some of you slagging him off. Pathetic.

He got absolutely no service today, mainly why he was taken off. But Dzeko is never gunna win people over, scoring goals is only a way for him to keep the muppets off his back. People just wait for him to have a bad game and can't wait to slate him. Today he hardly touched the ball in the first half, didn't really contribute, but neither did Aguero, yet he gets no stick? Dzeko was not at his best today, his touch was iffy, and I admit that, but some of the flack he gets is completely unjust. If he was shit he wouldn't still be with us would he? Nobody was on form today, it was a poor performance, from the whole team, from Silva, from Aguero, not just Dzeko.

He played well against Newcastle and then poor the last two matches overall so it's hardly out of the blue that some want Negredo to start ahead of him

Na he was poor this match he was fine for the previous 2. and has played far better then kun so its really a no brainer who should be benched
 
Dzeko has shown in flashes that he has it in him.

The fact that the flashes are hidden amongst a sea of mediocrity is his downfall and makes him such an easy target for the non fans.
 
So why does Negredo doesnt start for Kun - who's been just as bad if not even WORSE then Dzeko in first three games???

Dzeko aside, too bad for guys like Milner, Richards, Rodwell, Nasri, etc...will NEVER get a fair chance. Fact.

dzeko IS a top class forward : ) that's why the big clubs wanted him. just because he didn't play well today doesn't mean he's shit.

in the first half our setup and tactics were wrong . in the second half we changed tactics, but it was negredo who benefited from that.

would negredo have a good game if he played in the first half ? i doubt it.

oh come on dude !!!
we need stability here and not just a player who scores one goal from more than 10 chances during game.
yes it can be good for worlfsburg, or for newcastle but here we need something more...
we need player who helps team, takes part in possesion and tries to do other job too :)
look at kompany how he tries to be everywhere or yaya or silva, that's class and not just having a good finishing skill and thinking that you deserve to be
in startling line-up for the team like city :)
that's what negredo does, and that's why i see him above dzeko. players who try their best and play at 20000%.
that's why i don't like lescott, kolarov, garsia, nasri. we need team here and not just team full of stars :)

ps which big clubs ? ::D lol
bayern, barca, real, juventus, psg wanted him ? :D
 
I have never liked Dzeko even when he scored 4 against Spurs i still didn't like him as a player but i have to say this season he has really started to grow on me hes putting so much effort in hes making Aguero and Co look like proper lazy sods
