They're all twats. Was in town when it happened in Manchester (didn't know about it) and being nosey had a gander at what was going on. The EDL were an intimidating bunch and scum, saw one of them spit in a woman's face. The UAF were definitely looking for trouble though.

Why do people dislike the UAF? I know the stereotype of a guardianreader / organic fruit lover, but disliking themfor that makes no sense. It is a genuine question btw I am not baiting.

I initially thought the UAF attending was a good thing as thought they would be just going to stage an anti protest shouting the EDL idiots down (IMO they are tossers).

After seeing the UAF in action though they seem no better in that they ask just seem to want confrontation. It may have just been hangers on but it still reflects badly on the group.

The EDL seemed the smarter ones as they could be classed as provoking the UAF but they shouldn't be so stupid as to fight back physically.

If the UAF just let them protest and didn't go to their rally's the EDL would soon get bored and disband.

as for the the EDL they need to be stopped thats why the UAF counter protest.
