El Shaarawy

This guy is genuine in saying he wants to stay at Milan for his entire career. So if we signed him, after a couple of years you can see the homesickness -> derisory offer from Milan to sign him back scenario. If we aren't buying Cavani, I'd rather see if there's any chance of getting Reus. He scores a similar amount (SES has only scored 2 in 2013, his goals have dried up) but gets far more assists on top... just a better overall player IMO.

i wouldnt worry about the goals drying up as that is when balotelli joined, who in my opinion cant link up with anyone and makes other attackers around him look bad

Think this one is a no go, think he is a good player, but nowhere near a 30million pound player, he has the potential to be but isn't there yet if we miss out on Cavani think German Denis would be a decent shout or Roberto Soldado. both would be cheaper then El Shaarawy, offer us something different and wouldn't expect to start every game.

Tactics aimed at ADL maybe? Showing an interest elsewhere?

I really cant imagine he wants to miss out on a near 50m windfall, whatever he might state in public......

#Milan. Vertice del #City ad Abu Dabi per l'ok dello sceicco all'offerta per #ElShaarawy. E #Tevez flirta coi rossoneri. #gds

Abu Dhabi meeting?

Does anybody think Milan are getting the better deal??

Since Mario has gone to Milan he looks like he really cares about his football, having Tevez behind him could be potentially unreal.
