He is a very good player, just not what we need (especially if we get Isco)
One is a striker one is mid. Not sure why we wouldn't need him if we get isco

El Shaarawy isn't a striker, he plays on the wing

He was a striker until Balotelli was bought.

Not from what I remember, El Shaarawy was on the wing with Pazzini central.
yep

-- Mon Jun 10, 2013 8:09 pm --

IMHO, his best position is just behind a central striker.

--------------------------Aguero
-----------------------El Shaarawy
----Silva----Fernandinho------Yaya-----Navas

His best position is on the left in a 4-3-3 cutting inside.
I watched him extensively and until january he was fantastic, but after Mario arrival his form was atrocious. He's not worth 40 millions of euros.

He is energetic. That's the most I can say about hi,. I will be as dissapointed with this as I was the Kolarov signing. And that didn't turn out too well either. He is a tweener, part striker, part winger. But in my view, he is not particularly great at either, and doesn't show the potential of one day being great at either. But I could be wrong, as he is just but a kid.

di maria and navas better than him. city should after di maria.
That may be, but he is 20 years old ( or 21?) and has the potential to become much, much better than them in my opinion.

AC's Galliani is a big fan of Tevez.

Any bid we make for SES involving cash and CT looks dead in the water whilst he states unambiguously that he wants to remain a Rossonero.

There are more skilled players out there anyway. Lamela particularly so.

Good player, but he looks like he'd be an utter bellend in real life. Might be the haircut that makes me think that though.
