Elano Wants To Go To Inter

Great player, but sadly not the type of player Hughes values, so his parting with City seemed likely this summer with Hughes staying.

Players who act like Elano shouldn't be valued. I'd rather we got rid, he turns up when he feels like. If he wanted to stay and loved the club, he's attempt to win back his place and command it, he's had about 12 good games for the club and when he gives the ball away, he doesn't give a shit, let's get rid.

Elano is a qaulity player and someone we should be keeping not letting talk to other clubs. I really hope he stay and if becomes a choice between him and the imcomptent fool then it would be Elano everyday of the week.

He obviously doesn't want to be here, so he can go, end of problem.

So basically we should keep someone who plays when he feels like, and just looks out for himself? Doesn't care for the team or the fans. Sounds like a brilliant idea to me. Ireland and Barry are much better players and Elano doesn't deserve to be first choice.

Err, i'm guessing you quoted the wrong person.

Elano at it again!

seems the lad cant keep his mouth shut... quote from the daily mail '' I have a contract with manchester city,'' elano told TMW ''But i hope the Nerazzuri (inter) do not see this as a constraint.i would wear the inter shirt" '' He (mourinho) is great.his teams always leave their mark, and every player who has worked with him considers him a phenomenon.I hope my friend (Brazil and Inter keeper) Julio Cesar can put in a good word for me''...

Thoughts???

Why wouldn't he look at his options, Hughes has made it pretty obvious that he's not a priority.

And I think he will struggle to play week in week out for us, he'd be silly not to look at his options.

Agreed but there are ways of doing that and mouthing off to the press is not one of them...

At the end of the day I can't see Inter really being that interested. I think Elano is going to end up in the same situation he was in January, kicking up a fuss about wanting to move and then finding that no club actually wants him. He needs a bit of a reality check - yes he plays for Brazil but his club form has been erratic. I say if he wants a move then he should train with Ireland this summer, blow us away next season and then have clubs coming to him not vice versa.
