I have never been in the school of thought that every attacking or midfield player MUST also track back defending all the time.There are just some players who are far better sticking to what they do best..in Elano's case, great passes, superaccurate free kicks and great penalty-taking. So they are luxury players or whatever..but every great team in the world has them so why not City?
I think Robinho is a far better player when Elano is there, plus Ireland of course. He is used to Elanos passing for Brazil.
PS What I would REALLY like to see is Eriksson to to return as well. maybe as No.2?? What do you think?[/b]
yeah, i think it would be interesting to see him as diretor of football... or co-assistant manager or sumthing like that...

Ok Im going to tell you about Elano here and I want you to pay attention.
He was previously playing in the Ukraine, and he now plays in Turkey. There is either a reason for that.
a) He's a manegerial nightmare and a greedy fooker.
b) He's not good enough to play in a top league.
c) Bit of both.
