there are many ways to get round that, say for eg 1k match day sale tickets have not sold all city have to would have to do is declare them sold to a 3rd party ticket organisation such as say ticketmaster (that's just an example) the fact they have not sold them on is not our or anyone else's business but the fact is they have been sold and can therefore be added to the attendance
