@Prestwich_Blue how would you feel if the club's OWNER came out and said that he'd asked his employees to prioritise the CL semi final second leg over finishing 4th ?
I clap Kolarov's name being read out.If he isn't clapped away against arsenal then we should all be fucking ashamed.
Complete unforgiving act of cowardness is not giving the man even the most basic of decency, but I know if you're already planning to be silent like a stubborn child throwing a pathetic temper tantrum then a post on an internet forum isn't going to change your mind.
I'd feel he'd gone mad to be honest. If we were 2nd or 3rd and in no danger of losing a top four place than that would be fair enough. But we aren't and we simply can't afford to take the risk of not being in next season's CL as we'll have earned around £70m or more for this season's competition. If we don't win the CL and don't come in the top four, we'll lose most of that next season and that will be virtually all our profit. So for that reason alone, I very much doubt anything like that would have been said under the current circumstances.@Prestwich_Blue how would you feel if the club's OWNER came out and said that he'd asked his employees to prioritise the CL semi final second leg over finishing 4th ?
The important bit is that you stand by whoever it is as long as they're a member of the team.I clap Kolarov's name being read out.
Means fuck all but I do it. When summer rolls around, unashamedly, I'll have not one care in the world about Pellegrini. He'll just fade into the long list of previous managers I don't miss.

Prioritising the CL is not really the issue. Problem yesterday was the performance from those players was simply not good enough. Pellegrini should have rested certain players more often this season, but he has criminally overplayed one or two (Silva & Kompany). He also has not used certain players (Kelechi) enough, preferring his favourites. Some of those players who played against Chelsea in the FA Cup had far more hunger and would put some of the first team squad to shame. I'm hoping that at least two of yesterdays team never wear a blue shirt again.I disagree fundamentally. I'll bet you whatever you want Pellegrini was under instruction from the higher ups to prioritise the CL at every step this season, including yesterday.

Well it's looking like we won't need to prioritise the champions league next year.I disagree fundamentally. I'll bet you whatever you want Pellegrini was under instruction from the higher ups to prioritise the CL at every step this season, including yesterday.
