Too easy to blame him. That useless referee should be the scapegoat for this latest disappointment.
How do we keep ending up with piss poor officials in the really big matches?

This 100% $14 for a beer and $250 a night to stay in a shipping containerIf possible Mexico will be the best option, atmosphere wise and less expensive than the USA, as you say FIFA milks these tournaments to exploit the fans. I can’t think of a host country that’s got less to do and see than Qatar which is ridiculously expensive.
Yep, bad decision, but we still didn't score a goal from open play. France scored two - so it would be a bit of a stretch to suggest we did enough to win that match. That useless referee should be the scapegoat for this latest disappointment.

I think that may have been the OP's point? It may surprise you to know that Mach Pichu aint in Europe
I only caught some of the match in the pub, but commented similar.
The one recognised striker you have, Kane, is never in the box. He was the one launching the ball into Foden early on.
Surely you have someone who can play that deep role Kane is occupying, that can actually pick a pass.
You need Kane in the box.
Yep, there is something more than a bit suspicious about that guy. I can't quite put my finger on it though?Probably because of the lizard people running FIFA. I mean, have you seen Infantino?
Nah. To organise a tournament so that a team qualifies from the group stage through to the knockout stages and eventually wins the final would be more difficult than you can imagine. It would take way more than FIFA and/or refereeing collaborations to do that.End of the day it looks like FIFA have set the tournament up for Argentina and a Messi swan song .
The FA and England will always let us down , best not to give a fuck !
