French defender should have been sent offI also don't see the shocking refereeing people are refering to. Thought VAR corrected the ref, but other than that it seemed all ok.
I thought that was one of the quickest referrals and turnarounds in terms of VAR. He corrected his mistake quite quickly.Today though, that ref was really dodgy, I don't know if he was thick, blind or corrupt. Such strange behaviour and decisions. You could tell he didn't want to give that penalty even on the replay.

Another hard luck story , we should be used to them , the referee was out of his depth and shouldnt have been in charge of such a high profile game , we were marginally the better team overall but we lack a midfield player to play the killer pass.
