That is the best England can play.

we weren't far off them

the manager cost us that game imo

The right hand side cost us the game plus Italy's superior technical and tactical ability. Honduras and Ecuador are no great shakes, but England struggled to control both games.

Gerrard did what you expected huh? So you expected him to play shit and then collapse of exhaustion?

apparently wooney did well in that position

wow

another fucking shit England manager

yep and there in lies the massive problem in this country, my lad is 8 and is playing for his local team - the coaching is not great is very basic. Other teams met at tournaments are totally disgusting shouting and berating kids for making a mistake,

I have decided to take my lad to a local futsal team that is being recognised in the north west to improve him overall.

The grass roots level in our country is fucking shocking and has not moved any further onwards since I was kid back in 1985
I see it week in week out when I Referee and it hurts in a way because I am in refereeing because I love football and I am seeing kids who have alot of potential who are being fucked over by poor coaching and disgusting attitudes coming from the sidelines . And in a way thats where I see our new academy being crucial for the developement for the national side. But its only us who are investing so much and thats wrong. But there's no great quantities of quality coaches in grassroots which is what yo see in Europe

Exactly and our club actually gets punished by UEFA for providing a better coaching experience for kid, Youths, Women and senior players

I know lads aged 7 who have been to Liverpool academy and have been rejected just because they did not run fast enough in a speed test - so that means Pirlo would have been fucked if he was English - it is a fucking joke

We are also to hung up on the premier league being the best - we are the only major nation that has all its players based in the home league.

a hell of a lot needs to be sorted before it changes
I couldn't agree more and people who look at our club from the outside don't see the good we are doing with the academy all they see are the big money players and spending £££££ and UEFA can be included in that.
I love what we are doing for youth developement and I believe we will have a crucial part in success for the national side
And at a club I coach at we have a young player who I compare with Silva because he has "a Footballing Brain" he has the inteligence for what he's going to do and also how he does it which does over his opponents which is something we didn't see today but he won't go anywhere because we can't giv him the top quality coaching he would need to progress because we don't have the qualifications. which is guttingfor me

Am I the only 1 that thinks rooney should of stopped the 1st goal, should of and could of stuck his foot out and blocked it. He needs dropping. Still believe we can get out of the group, can still win the next 2 games
