You just know it. He's played 3 at the back before which was actually a 5 and we were just as defensive and couldnt get out. Difference is we now have Foden and Bellingham who can turn with the ball.

Looking like this is the team, looks way more balanced, Foden gets to go central with Saka holding the width and Konsa can shift to the left side of defence.

Out of all the teams left in the competition this is who you would have picked. Lacklustre all tournament and very lucky to be in the Quarters.

I've got no problem with this. I'd be curious why Foden and Bellingham aren't swapped over but I presume there's a broader reason involving other facets of other players I don't know enough about.
