Regardless of your opinion of Hart, given the PL and CL rules, its unlikely we are going to use another foreign player position on a keeper, and there is no one better that is English, to have one less outfield player.

There are about 2 or 3 English players that would improve us, and sadly they're not the ones we are linked with.

Why would Spurs sell two young English players to us? They don't need the money, they get at least £150m from TV money and Champions League, they are in the best position they've been in both in the league and as a club for quite a number of years. £100m each is obviously excessive but Alli's price tag wouldn't be far off that in Levy's mind.
