Indeed.
It will without doubt be laughed off as an impossible nonsense rumour. And in some ways, fair enough.
But still, it will get entertaining if this link refuses to go away.

Exactly what I was thinking. We're in zero debt and have made a small profit 5 seasons on the trot. We spend what we can afford and have a structured wage plan in place, we've invested in the youth setup and that's starting to show results. As a cup 1/2 full man i get to see a utd team with unmanageable debts, unaffordable wage bill with a team at least 9 top class players off being anywhere near competitive with rules put in place by them that now stop them from buying their way out of trouble with short term investment.
Hence the rumoured emergence of a Euro super league with a handful of "founder members" who will demand the lions share of funding and huge upfront tv rights.Exactly what I was thinking. I know which setup looks more sustainable.
Then stop believing what you read in the press, even better buy yourself a coffee.Personally I wouldnt care if he never wears a City shirt again. He’s an ok player but not great. Dias and Laporte should be the quality we are aiming for and imo Garcia isnt close to that level.
The only thing that pisses me off (if you believe what you read in the press) is that in the last window we could have got £15/18m for him. In January it may be £7m.
Whoever it was in City’s management team that did the maths and figured out we were better off keeping him rather than take £18m needs a kick up the arse.
Pep, Barcelona and the Spanish National team manager all see something in him.One of the worst Centre backs I have ever seen for City , he would not get in a decent championship he ticks all the boxes you do not want in a centre half .
Tea my friend. Coffee is for foreigners and pretentious yuppie types. Then stop believing what you read in the press, even better buy yourself a coffee.
