I feel you. I’ve been dreaming about Haaland for ages. Part of me hopes I’ve been wildly misinformed about Kane and it’s a smokescreen for EH. Although unlike a lot of people I’d love Kane too. Just would prefer Erling.

There are probably a handful of clubs in the world who could afford this transfer & i would say City are one of them so why would 99% of people on this thread be deluded about him coming to City?I’m just not deluded like 99% of people in this thread.

I subscribe to your logic re the Haaland circus, I think you’re spot on, but I’m not at all keen on Kane (great stats but there’s something about the bloke that I find off-putting).
So I’m hoping for a 3rd option to come to the fore or an even greater reliance on false 9’s next season.
Though I will, of course, give my support to whoever gets signed.

Haaland is a better fit, but Haaland may not want to leave this season, and Kane wants City not Pep wants Kane, is that simple enough for you.He isn’t the better fit hence why he isn’t going to be signing here as it’s this simple. Pep wants Kane, not Haaland.
