Jesus christ jrb I was about to upload my photos but there's no point now -you must have been standing in my seat when you took those two!!
I was thinking exactly the same thing - the view from row A was absolute dogwank...we've vowed to never go that low again. I did a row D game the other year and that was bad enough; didn't actually expect it to be that much worse just 3 row further down. I've absolutely no idea how the goals went in, gonna have to watch the highlights on our site tonight to find out what exactly happened in a game I paid fucking £55 to be at!!
I've read on here they don't want to lower the pitch even after including the three new rows, but I don't see how else they can sell those tickets. If we could see fuck all from *standing* in row A, how is anyone going to see anything when sitting in (what will be) Row '-C'? City HAVE to consider making the pitch much lower (I'd suggest even further down than 3 extra rows worth of space) if any fan is going to want to permanently sit down there.

Still can't work out exactly how the new 3 rows will sit in that?
What isn't clear and evident in the pictures is how high and steep the pitch is from the bottom of the trench/and the wall.
As for the digital advertising hoardings, they will have to be smaller in height, otherwise they will obscure the views of the match.
It will be interesting to see how CITY pull this one off.
Other pictures from the night to follow later on tonight.
