Now where's that picture of the leisure destination?

The last couple of pages have been like an ad break in a movie. Bit of light relief whilst waiting for JRB to bring us up to speed

TBH I'm not the person you want. :-(

I'm only the unofficial picture taker. :-)

The likes of GX and others on here know far more than I do about the future plans.

Hopefully over time we'll get to know more about those plans. Until then, we'll have to make do with the training academy and the stadium expansion.

The next picture update will be on the Sunday the 22nd of June. Hopefully by then we'll see some solid progress on the South stand expansion? The ladders are already primed and ready for the training academy. ;-)

GX is the Dalai Lama of ITK's when it comes to the new academy, campus and collar site. Worship him for he is all knowing.

No its not.

Looks like they're starting to remove all the seating from the lower tiers in order to change the angle of the concrete terracing then to go below pitch level for the first 2 rows with the third being at pitch level.

Knowing how city do random things the front 3 rows will be something like AA BB CC hopefully and they wouldn't start from A and effectively drop everybody down 3 rows would they ?

No its not.

Looks like they're starting to remove all the seating from the lower tiers in order to change the angle of the concrete terracing then to go below pitch level for the first 2 rows with the third being at pitch level.

They usually take out seats when they have a concert on. They'll be putting them back in now.

The angle of the tier isn't being changed. They're just digging in slightly at the bottom to create a groove for 3 more rows.

Looks amazing so far.

My seat is 3 rows from the front but I'd happily get closer to the pitch, whether level or below. I'm pretty tall so not too fussed, as long as view is similar.

I know it's 100 years now, but those front seats are gonna be like Christmas Day 1914 in the Somme.

As I sit in BB at the back of the north stand, I hope they don't make the front BB or I can see some arguments coming on the CL nights when it's full of tourists

The problem with watching from the trenches won't be the height of the pitch it will be the advertising hoardings around the pitch. Will people at pitch level be able to see over them to get a view of the pitch?

And then the UEFA hoardings that mean some in level 3 have issues seeing the pitch
