The tv box was there all last season in the family stand next to the CB stand

Look at the other corner - the TV box that used to be in corner of East Stand and South Stand moved to there just before West Ham game

First piece of roof removed from the front edge of the corner too just above where scoreboard was - its happening chaps!

No its not.

Looks like they're starting to remove all the seating from the lower tiers in order to change the angle of the concrete terracing then to go below pitch level for the first 2 rows with the third being at pitch level.

They usually take out seats when they have a concert on. They'll be putting them back in now.

The angle of the tier isn't being changed. They're just digging in slightly at the bottom to create a groove for 3 more rows.

Just had to refer back to the planning app schematics. Not sure where I got the idea they were adjusting the slope of the terrace from could have sworn I read it in the application. Apologies I was wrong as have seen it again at http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=299783&start=690

The seats in the North stand - I think were taken out for the concerts - thats usual practice - I really hope we don't get Nike Swoops on the seats. The new TV studio was there for the last couple of games and was in use for the Villa and West Ham games - the old was still there (I think) so this must be a new one although the old one has now been removed.

A totally unrelated private development. Probably apartments.

Unless City have now purchased it off the developer?

I used to do work for a company that erected stages at the Etihad and other venues for concerts, and I can confirm that those seats are regularly taken out to accommodate support structures for the stage.
