The stadium design is clearly with the 4 sided expansion in mind over a ten to fifteen year period

You might find it's a one sided expansion plan for a quite a long time !
Logic dictates that this is, in all probability, is wrong.

It is 100% wrong - I think North Stand 2016-17. And East and West Stands 2019-22.

The population of Manchester and the North West is growing significantly between now and 2030. Our ground is going to be nowhere near big enough at 62,000.

I love your reply " It is 100% wrong " and then you say " I think North Stand 2016-17. And East and West Stands 2019-22"

I'll back what I know to what you think !

^^ Undoubtedly.
The amount of apartments and indeed houses planned for Manchester (never mind hotel rooms) is frightening.
Population is one of the fastest in Europe...football is as popular as ever...'no brainer' as they say.

Interesting that there'a a 60 storey skyscraper rumour going round at the moment. Although some have suggested the Collar site as a possible location, I think that's possible wide off the mark.

Good to see Manchester's just about keeping ahead of Tirana in the growth stakes.
