My partner and step daughter thought they were safe.(level 2)

They informed me tonight they aren't, and will have to move as they can't afford the new prices on level 2 next season.

Both aren't happy about moving, as they like their seats and the view of the match, but what can they do?

Which part of Level 2? Half a dozen of us in 220 thinking of relocating to the spot vacated by the narrowing away fans, corporate creep has us looking to the future

Take it they sit in the South end of level 2, I would advise them to relocate to the North end of level 2 for next season. With luck City will be pushed to fill the extended S/S, then hopefully the N/S rebuild will go on the back burner or better still be tossed into the long grass.

So you want to deprive an extra 5K new cheap season ticket holders so you can stay in your seat!

Blimey your'e a little ray of sunshine aren't you? Maybe we should just put any stadium improvements on hold for ever?

I'm a Kippax veteran, transplanted to East stand level 2, block 209. Love my seat and people around me. Keep hearing that my seat is going corporate, prices astronomical. Do people know if this is from next season? Has anyone been informed by the club? If so what are the club offering to help us loyal supporters who can't (or don't want to) afford it. Those who are similarly affected, where are you hoping to relocate to?

i'm sure it was in one of the seasoncard renewal packs a couple of seasons back giving the approx prices for level 2 once expansion was complete
i'm the same, love my seat in block 201 but expect to be priced out come the day

The only ones to be priced out next season are level 2 east stand, from half way line to south stand. And level 2 Colin Bell stand from halfway line to south stand.
This is due to the number of relocations required from the whole of level 2, plus the number of £100 depositors is far more than the south stand level 3 can hold.
That is why the level 2 concourse works are really moving on at pace at this end of the ground but barely started at the other end.
The remaining level 2 movers will eventually be relocated in the extended north stand.

Do you know more about these works? All we know in CB2 is that the concourse gets narrower each week - bordering on dangerous as you come down the aisle ramps.

It's not / it's all to do with number of toilets for corporates - concourse on level 2 is a bit shit now.

Are you saying the toilets are not working???.

You really think the club are interested in cheaper seats?

Not a chance, it will be a token offer like the £299 (previously £250) season tickets

Not for ever. If crowds average 55k plus for a couple of seasons then I could agree that the North stand extra tier would be worth while doing. Untill then I would like to stay in my own seat at a price I can afford.

How many £299 tickets on token offer do you think there are?
