I'm sure MCC and City could do something innovative and exciting with that gasholder instead of MCC getting it demolished. .

The COOP Arena is looking very dominant now. Adds some major bulk to that street/wider area and I can only imagine development snowballing from now on (just like other spots opened up in Manchester - MediaCity is one of many examples).

The gasholders would be perfect exteriors for a hotels, shopping centres or flats.

Hopefully the proposals will include new planting and landscaping?

I wonder if they would consider revealing the River Medlock that’s under City’s north car parks as well. Probably not as they’d lose lots of land but doing what they have done at Mayfield sounds great.

Weirdly had a dream about the North Stand last night, despite not being on BM much over the Christmas period. It was an epic reveal, looked stunning from the outside but it was three tiers inside. If this turns out to be true then I'm in the know!

Put some cheap gas in it. The wholesale price is now a fraction of what we’re paying. Then sell it to City fans.
