If they thought it was worthwhile they could maybe approach developers, but the fact there are a few examples of this being done elsewhere but no developer has approached either the club or whoever owns them, suggests there is to great demand for it.Surely CFG could though?, no?
They want to continue to rejuvenate the area and what better way than local, affordable housing or a brand new shopping centre, within 2 minutes of the Etihad and Coop Live ?

Maybe developers will be more interested in the land when they are demolished.
Is the land owned by City or the owners ? Also even if they are if it isn’t football related or attached to the campus can they be used as club income ?
