Covered fan area doesnt quite do it justice, one area is covered but one will be internal to the stadium and more of a 'City Hall' open to all on matchdays but used as an internal space at other times unlike the covered City sq.

Honestly don't know, it very much depends on when City want to release it. They could do it imminently if they wanted.
