@jrb This is what you are wanting. A bigger extended second tier. Alot of posts in here talk about the coparate boxes all you do is extend it round joining onto the new North Stand and do the same with the South Stand you then place the LED(SC)screens above it like they where before.Spurs have done this with curved screens that fit into the corners

Our corners are a bit more delicate since the cable net comes in through them - see below image. We’ve also gone with temporary corner structures in the event we ever extend the CB and ES. This makes it even harder to do anything worthwhile in those areas since the roof supports are all internal and take up a lot of space. They could actually do a bit more with them if they decided to put in permanent structures, such as add a further extra block of seats to the CB and ES third tiers. Like I said though, they couldn’t go all the way around and join up the third tiers because of the cable net and also the third tiers of the sides are at a different angle to behind the goal.

i dont get this atmosphere issue chelsea made enough noise up there and wolves in past

It's because our singing section is in level 1 not level 3 and you can't hear noise from one to the other because of the second tier between them. We need all the singers under the roof, but most don't want to leave level 1 now so that's the problem. The North Stand has to be one huge second tier promoted as the home end singing section. Otherwise the issue will never be resolved and we'll just have to work with what we've got. It's still decent enough, and improving. The fact other grounds seem to be addressing their issues - the rags for example - might kickstart some further efforts to improve things. But we could do with the right people in the right place to utilise the roof and get noise swimming around the ground.

I've always assumed the more noisy fans always want to be near the away fans. And the family stand would be best as far away from them as possible and kids love to be behind the goal, where adults don't. So the current approach makes more sense.

We can still keep the current approach. We’d also have a proper home end in a second tier of the north stand above.

If we want to improve the atmosphere long term we need a proper home end in my opinion.
