Werec building a concert arena, extended football stand and associated outlets ! Not a world wide heritage centre in warm weather countries ! Budgets are budgets can't see us struggling to agree a acceptable budget with contractors !

I’m not complaining. :-)

Once everything is built, including whatever is proposed for the Collar site, the Etihad Campus, including the CFA over the bridge will look amazing. It won’t be matched or bettered by any other PL club.
