The money for designing and constructing the Coop Live Arena has to be deducted from any initial Coop Live Arena operating profit. Once that is paid off or paid back, then the Coop Live arena will be making serious money for the CFG and the Oak View Group.
CFG, Oakview Group, and their Coop Live Arena management are smashing it.
Next year's Brit Awards are to be held in Manchester - the first time the ceremony has taken place outside London since the awards began in 1977.
The ceremony will be held at the Co-op Live arena on Saturday 28 February.
A two-year deal means that the 2027 ceremony, which will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Brit Awards, will also be held at the same venue.

Wonder if they’ll change the date as it’s normally held in March? would’ve been great to have the NS & surrounding facilities up & running. Suppose they’ll get another bite the following year so probably not

CFG own the share in the arena so no impact on the club coffers directly from it

Installation of various signage including one LED screen integrated into the western facade, two LED screens displaying moving content to the Level 1 area, two TV screens to the Ground Floor of the South Elevation and three light box signs.

A more useless property developer you won't find for numerous reason's.
Thank fuck they have nothing to do with City and East Manchester.
