The planning application should be submitted at the end of the Month all being well.
Should finally put some meat on the bones of this one.

Went to see the exhibition myself yesterday and was told there are plans to add rows at bottom of level1 on the 2 sides. Not sure how this would be done without digging down, but from this pic you can see it shown.

Got stopped by 2 G4S security guards :-) asking me why I was taking a picture of the cable supports opposite the South Stand, which are now behind large metal(?) hoardings.(picture to follow tomorrow) Made me miss the 1st goal. :-(
