Still Hasn't made the MEN. Can't see it mentioned on any sites via News Now either.

Strange, considering there's plenty of new stuff available in the planning application.

It's positive news so the press aren't interested

Why would it? There's a United film to push.

Interesting pictures in there but I think a lot of them have already been posted, apart from this one.....

Really like this one. It's got a bit of Abu Dhabi style architecture...a dash of that Zaha Hadid to it.

The supports still look a bit odd on all the renders I've seen. Bit like when computer games environments go a bit awry (or at least how they used to). When they poke through the internal section to the exterior, I'm guessing they'll need a hefty amount of wet room grade silicone!

More than a few hints that further expansion in the future has been given serious thought. I'd like to think one day it could surpass not only Old Trafford (even with that daft 'cloud' supporters area shown last week) and the part time Twickenham venue...

I like it - looks like the crown on the Statue of Liberty!

911, Statue of Liberty...the conspiracy theorists are going to have a field day over this...unless it's a clue for something Tolmie? :)

Actually, I see what you mean...a bit like the Planet of the Apes poster...a bit...

It must be galling as hell for other teams fans to see what City are doing with very little fuss, in a matter of fact way.

Yes of course the fact that the owner has cash on hand makes it relatively easy for investments to be made but to be frank there are other owners who have more than enough financial clout to get things done but they dont seem to have the same desire.

Spurs are no nearer getting their new stadium even though they are owned by a tax exile multi-billionaire

Liverpool are edging towards the renovation of Anfield after several years of being owned by a consortium of billionaires

Everton are owned by very wealthy people but have no plans for anything right now.

Chelsea are still years away from even buying a site for a new stadium.

Villa dont have any plans to do anything as far as I can tell and yet they had an owner who was the 'best in the Premier League'.

But away from the stadium and academy the steady investment all across the piece is truly staggering and when you see how little is being done elsewhere in the PL it really does make me burn with pride and wonder what the football world will feel like when its all completed.

Here's a brain teaser.

Can anyone remember the 5 phases outlined by Khaldoon(I think) and what order they're in?

Thanks.

As I recall it there where five on-pitch and five off-pitch phases not exactly running in tandem. GXCity have been ITK about the off-pitch developments and mentioned for instance that Stadium and collar site was phase two..The campus was obviously phase one.
