No sympathy for the Rag bastard pity they didn't print his address we could have had a proper laugh. Edit according to mirror he's from Hayfield seems a bit to close to me but the length of time he's had his season ticket keeps going up.
Happen to know this chap and he has had a season ticket from the year dot.
He has been to 54 European away grounds and because of the United ballot system pays over the odds on many occasions from touts for aways.
If you were in the same boat wouldn't you be a bit pissed off.
Why would you want his address printed ? grow up it could happen at City sooner than you think.
So how would that work with needing to show ID.
I would say club employee,player,media or sponsor allocation

They have the chance, they can go to the games that don't sell out, about 10 last season I believe,that's enough points to help them catch up.Whether there is one system or not yes fans in their 20s should (at least occasionally) have a chance to sample the away day atmosphere.

Maybe they have to say who their allocation is being used by ?So how would that work with needing to show ID

The gap is so big now I doubt 200 points would make much difference as the ones they are trying to catch will already have bought ticketsThey have the chance, they can go to the games that don't sell out, about 10 last season I believe,that's enough points to help them catch up.

The sponsor gets allocated say 7-8 tickets. They offer them up to whomever wants them (clients, friends or whoever). The details of each person have to be given in advance. They then queue up and show ID like everyone else.

It's the reality in my experience. However, I'm sure if a sponsor kicks up enough of a stink then I wouldn't be surprised if City give in.
