I don’t know how to break this to you but they have lined up the accounts with the transfer window.

Year end - 30/6
Transfer window opens 1/7

Lots of transfers happen before the window officially opens, which is why a cut off is impossible really. We signed Bernardo in May. We signed Diego Rosa in October last year.
Summer window opened on 14 June

thats just what their red shirted nighbours want
their mismatch stadium against evertons waterfronted palace
They wouldn't do such a thing as decide to flog Klanfield and move there instead would they?

No history of that ever happening in the past...

It's like some Rag on the Premier League board wants to get rid of them.

Really do find it unjust seeing they are trying to hit them for a second time.
It's the dippers.

FSG would love to market their club as the only team there.

Yeah but they’ve lined it up with the beginning of the transfer window rather than the end. That’s stupid because it would be much better to have teams judged based on their most recent transfer activity.

They are judged by their most recent transfer activity, the January before.

Plus I would imagine lining up with most clubs internal accounts which go July to June 30 is a very big factor. Everton’s own accounts end on June 30.

The rules were brought in to stop clubs with ambition, it’s not an accident.

However, just like Europe’s version you will see rule changes in advance of crimson/g14 club failures.

What I don’t understand why Everton have walked into the trap with their eyes wide open. City’s first action was to employ the people who wrote the rules to ensure they adhere. When we submitted our accounts, the rules were changed & we were fined & given a squad limits.

We’ve never trusted any of the cunts since, that’s why we get non-cooperation charges but it’s the lesser of 115 evils.

Everton had people from premier ffp advising them they advised them not spend any money on players because they'll be close to breaking ffp! They didn't listen went out and bought 2 players yep it kept them up! After that the adviser left them to it! Bottom line they were advised and didn't listen!

Saying that no club ever should get points deductions it a slippery slope for club to end up in deep shit! You see it all down the leagues! There been more clubs in the shit since ffp down the leagues than ever before!

Need an independent regulator in to reset everything from scratch! These people who are running PSR now are influenced by the red shirts from the start of ffp 10+ years ago...
