Everton fans in general have been sound the last few years . (Probably down to then wanting us to pip Liverpool) .
However I’ve had the misfortune of meeting a few on holiday and each to a man they have been playing City bingo. Oil club , no fans, cheats etc… . We are truly despised . No point even arguing with other fans now. Just enjoy being us and relishing the success.
Just smile and wink......and think fuck off wanker as you walk away. Not just for Everton fans, all of the fuckers.

“A lack of goals gives us cause for concern, because you have to score to win matches.” Dyche.
Genius.
It's as genius as Clough (I think) who said if you don't conceded then you can't lose. Obvious, but true.

I want them to stay up and finish ahead of Liverpool. The Toffees on here are ok. I've known a few Everton fans when I was serving and another who I worked with not long ago. In my experience they were all down to earth lads.

News of someone being killed in an accident at the new stadium. I hope the news is wrong and they are OK.

I was going to post something else - then remembered the tragic death of the Evertonian at Bramley Moore.
RIP to the fan, and condolences to his family - anything else can wait

Reckon Everton are fucked this year - if not this year then definitely next. Trying to think of literally any club in the last 20 years who briefly became known for dramatically staying up in the last 4/5 weeks of the season (a la Sunderland, Wigan) and turned it around to become a midtable team, or better. Maybe Brighton at the moment? Portsmouth at a push? And Portsmouth bankrupted themselves in the process. Just doesn't look good.

Having been at the Villa game earlier I would have to agree. Garner was okay but the rest were woeful to say the least, it's hard to see where we go and we're only 2 games in. There are so many things wrong at the moment, the Board issue is sucking the life out of the club. Personally I find our player recruitment and development to be an area that is shockingly poor. I believe we're hoping to still be in the PL when the hew stadium opens and hope that we get an influx of sponsorship and attract a better standard of player.
