Bullshit from SKY

This is fuck all to do with censoring language and everything to do with stopping Everton's fans calling out the Premier League for what it is.

They should turn up with their cameras, film and commentate on the match and fuck off again. They hold way too much clout for me. TNT are the same, Channel 4, all of them.

Can we film the players in the tunnel? No, fuck off.
Can we wander up the line filming people from a yard during the national anthems? No, fuck off.
Can we have our presenter and panel table on the pitch during the warm up? No, fuck off.

It went too far for me at Anfield during the 0-0 (I think) when Mahrez missed a penalty.

They quite obviously and deliberately turned down the mics at the end where our fans were as they got halfway through a rousing rendition of Bluemoon in fear of it interrupting the vomit inducing shite that they sing pre-match.
Not sure if people remember when they did this a few years ago?

Fans were getting pelters for being disrespectful until (like the comments) people pointed out that at the game the silence/playing of the last post was observed impeccably.

Stupid fuckers. I've never heard about that until now. Cheers.

Why are the everton fans now crying corruption? They broke the rules, they were punished. They can claim the punishment is too harsh but there's no corruption in that.

Going down the "other clubs are yet to be punished so why should we" route just makes them look stupid and completely negates any valid points they may have.

There's no similar rule breach to compare to and no open and shut case like theirs. Lets say they find us, Chelsea, spurs or whoever guilty in time and punish them, are everton fans then going to be fine with their punishment? Because their current direction seems to be purely "whataboutism"

They've gone about this completely wrong, I'm sure there's a fair few of them that understand this but the masses of idiots have taken the lead and are making them look like stupid twats.

Because they are stupid twats. I don't get this whole let's side with them attitude.

Yeah fuck em, they voted for FFP, knowingly broke the rules then plead guilty hoping some sob story they had concocted about COVID would spare them.

If they had been against it from the start I would have lots of sympathy for them, but they were one of the most bitter and jealous fanbases towards City I can remember. Funny thing is Sheikh Mansour held talks to buy Everton before us but apparently Kenwright offended them asking for proof of funds.

Of course but im saying usually clubs get hit with fines or transfer bans. This appears to be points due to our owner being a billionaire. There are no rules or guidelines in place for what we have done so why out of all the punishments, is it a huge points deduction?

I think the fans know the board and owners are not blameless in this, hence the push to remove the board. They would have accepted a points deduction, but the outrage is coming from the harshness of it. The biggest deduction in PL history and more than a club going into Administration...... for £19.5m and apparently due to a tax issue on a loan for the stadium.
I thought infrastructure was exempt from ffp.

They don’t think that they’ve broken the rules and believe the goalposts have been moved.

Whilst it isn’t the same situation, we felt quite similar back in 2014.
