They’ll sell Goodison for £100m.Great news for Everton. It’s a shame the new owners will not be allowed to invest properly in the club because of the absurd PSR rules set up to prevent competition,

No such thing - I say that having scouse relatives by marriageI was drinking near the new ground few months back , completely diff to Stanley park obviously, some pretty smart bars if u like that sort of thing with a higher class of Scouser in them ...
I forget it's name had a massive bar a Chinese takeaway and Indian as part of the complex , a stage for live music loads of seating and even it's own comedy theatre all under one roof.
They have no plans to sell it currently. Plan is for it to remain as a community/ mental health hub. Plans include affordable and social housing, medical centre, education facilities. Three residential towers and a park. They’ll sell Goodison for £100m.
It is ridiculous that the new owners are not allowed to clear the debts and invest in the squad immediately. Everton, like Newcastle, and anyone else who wants to challenge the crooked cartel, are being strangled. Clubs are not being allowed to show ambition. Football is crying out for investment. The least that should happen is that new owners are given at least three years to invest as much as they want. The PL can't carry on like this. I can't understand why so many fans of other clubs have allowed themselves to be manipulated by vested interests in the media instead of using their own critical thinking. They have no plans to sell it currently. They've seen what investment can deliver with Chelsea and City. They're absolutely terrified of that happening at Newcastle and Everton. It is ridiculous that the new owners are not allowed to clear the debts and invest in the squad immediately. It's mad, what other business would you not be allowed to do that. If someone wants to spunk a load of money on their own club let them. That money still has to be spent wisely, the right players bought, investment in facilities and corporate opportunities. I look at City with a level of envy but not hatred. The fans and club have seen some serious highs and lows , it's what it's all about. It is ridiculous that the new owners are not allowed to clear the debts and invest in the squad immediately. We could have the most competitive league in the world with powerful clubs like Everton, Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool, City, Arsenal, United, Villa. All I have ever wanted as a City fan is to compete at the top table again. When I started watching football in the 1960s Everton were a bigger club than Liverpool by any measure. The reason City have been so dominant in recent seasons is because we have the greatest Manager of all time. His skills are much more important than the money (we have spent less than our rivals in the last four years anyway) and when he leaves City will settle down as a major club, but not one that wins the league every season. It's mad, what other business would you not be allowed to do that. Trouble is all the other clubs toed the line for the cartel and agreed to stop "City and Chelsea". Now theyre getting investment the shoe is on the other foot. Turkeys voting for Christmas or that Crab in the bucket analogy. They've seen what investment can deliver with Chelsea and City. Didn't moshiri and usmanov spunk a load of cash when they first went to Everton? Problem being they bought a load of shit with itIt's mad, what other business would you not be allowed to do that.
